Types of Loyalty Scheme

Self Service Loyalty

You can keep everything simple by awarding your customers a point each time they visit and make a purchase.

You can even make this self-service to avoid any extra load on your busy staff.

Safeguards are built in to prevent multiple check-ins within a fixed time interval.

This model is normally supported using a tablet (e.g. iPad) as a dedicated kiosk, but we also have an "App-Free" version that requires no hardware at all in your premises and nothing to be loaded onto the clients' phone.

Reward for Spend

A common approach is to award a customer points based on how much they spend.

You can award points with ease using our point of sale app which can be run on most web enabled devices, such as a phone, tablet or PC.

There is a special app available for users of Avery Berkel scales such as butchers, green grocers and farm shops.

Buy N items get one free

We also support businesses that prefer to run a scheme where if a customer buys N items over a period of time they can earn a reward, typically they get one free.
