How it works

Works as a "points-based" loyalty scheme.

You set up an iPad as a kiosk, securely fastened in your check out area.

Earn rewards using our kiosk app

The customer interacts directly with the tablet. They scan a unique QR code - either on a card, or their phone

Award a customer a point each time they check-in or make a qualifying purchase by letting them check-in with the kiosk app. Totally self-service.

Safeguard To prevent multiple scans, you set a limit to how many times a customer may collect points in any given time interval.

This approach becomes practically self-administering, yet you still beneift from all of the profiling and contact features that GAINLoyalty provides.

In this mode, GAINLoyalty makes running a loyalty system as painless as possible, from both a customer and business perspective, whilst maintaining all of the benefits of an online loyalty programme.

As a business you have full access to your data and can set up special offers and birthday messages for your customers, as well as contact them via text, email messaging as well as app push notifications.

In the customer interface, "checking in" is simple;

The customer taps the "Reward Me" button and scans their unique barcode on the MyRewardCard app, or on a physical card, and their check in is automatically registered and points awarded. The system will prevent customers from checking in more often than they should (e.g. once per day).

The system also caters for customers who may have forgotten their card. They just need to enter their email address to check in.
